Are you looking for a speaker for your next event? HCHS loves to engage with our community, but we are a small but mighty staff with limited time and resources. With your help, we would like to do more of these outreach opportunities!

Speaking Honorarium Policy
In lieu of a traditional speaking fee, organizations requesting a
presentation are encouraged to support our mission by purchasing an
organizational membership at the appropriate level. Membership directly
supports the educational programs, outreach, and resources that make
these presentations possible while also providing ongoing benefits to
your organization.

As a benefit of partnership, eligible partner organizations receive a discounted membership rate. We appreciate your support in helping us continue to provide high-quality educational programming and community engagement.

We also understand that not every organization has the budget to support HCHS with a corporate membership. We appreciate any support your organization is able to give. If you are able to give more, we will be able to expand our capacity to do more programs just like this!

Timeline

Due to staffing and scheduling constraints, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible before your event. We ask for a minimum of a month’s notice so we can best accommodate you and your event!
